Some of my favorite sensory tools!

Sensory tools help me feel calm, focused, and ready for my day. When my body gets the input it needs, everything feels a little easier. My mom has found some great tools that really help me regulate and have fun at the same time!
Here are some of my favorites:
1. Rebounder (Mini Trampoline)
Jumping on my rebounder is one of my favorite things to do!It helps me get my energy out, improves my balance, and gives my body the movement it needs to feel calm and regulated.
2. Vibration Machine
The vibration machine gives my body strong sensory input. It helps wake up my muscles, improves body awareness, and can be really calming when I need help settling down.
3. Balance Board
Using a balance board helps me work on coordination and focus. It challenges my body in a fun way and helps me stay engaged while building strength and stability.
4. Swivel Chair
Spinning in my swivel chair is fun and relaxing! It gives me vestibular input (movement and balance), which can help me feel more centered and calm.
Why Sensory Tools Matter
These tools help my body feel just right. Whether I need to get energy out or calm down, having the right sensory input makes a big difference in my day.
